By purchasing from Stardew Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed or shipped. Please review your order, shipping address, and any customization details carefully before completing your purchase.

Handmade Products

Many Stardew Studio products are handmade or assembled by hand. Because of this, slight variations in color, bead placement, size, pattern, stitching, or appearance may occur. These small differences are a normal part of purchasing a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device's screen settings.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

Requests made more than 10 days after the order has been delivered may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Custom or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 24-hour period.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Stardew Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

Stardew Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please contact us if you experience a delivery issue and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, pulling, excessive force, water exposure, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Keychain & Accessory Care

Our handmade keychains and accessories should be handled with care. Avoid excessive pulling, stretching, impact, prolonged water exposure, and harsh chemicals.

Keychains attached to frequently used items such as bags, purses, keys, or backpacks may naturally experience wear over time.

Small Parts & Safety

Some products contain small beads, charms, clasps, chains, or other components that may present a choking hazard. Products are not intended for small children and should be kept away from children and pets who may swallow small components.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are decorative accessories and are not toys.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any provided care or safety instructions.

Stardew Studio is not responsible for damage to personal belongings resulting from improper use, excessive force, or modification of a product.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their individual terms and may not be combined unless otherwise stated. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously completed purchases unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Product designs, original photographs, graphics, branding, written content, and other original Stardew Studio materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Stardew Studio's original intellectual property.

Changes to These Terms

Stardew Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase.
