Item as described and perfect. My partner and I love them! Seller was amazing to work with. Highly communicative and responded quickly. Was happy to customize gift and showed me different options which I really appreciate. Truly hand made and well crafted which I appreciate! Seller shipped item and made in same day and was super kind. Would definitely buy again!!! Cute additional sticker and charm included. Thank you! :D

For some reason apartment number didn’t generate onto this order so I had to go to post office, but I think that’s a system issue.

I didn't know I needed this until I found it! The charms are super cute and well-made, with a classy shine from the accessories. The material is nice and feels like it'll last a long while. It's exactly as advertised and I'm so happy I got it! I didn't need any customer service, but I'm giving 5 stars because the seller reached out and was very kind and gave me updates on the order. Very quick fulfillment, too, which was great!

(It works out well too because Lunar New Year and Valentine's Day tend to fall in the same month, so it'll be the perfect little gift for my partner. I also really appreciate the extras that were included in the package-- super cute and thoughtful!)
